Music Studio Rental
Expressive Art and Music offers rehearsal space for instrumental and vocal groups. The studio is equipped with full PA. It includes a vintage Pearl drum kit with Ziljan cymbals, Blackstar and Orange guitar amps, and a Fender Rumble bass amp.
The studio also features electric and acoustic guitars, percussion instruments, keyboard, and more that can be reserved for use.
Whether you’re locking in tight chemistry with an in-the-round setup or running a full show in stage formation, our rehearsal space is designed to adapt to your band’s needs. Move freely, communicate clearly, and rehearse in the style that best supports your creative process or upcoming performance. The space is yours to shape.
Our studio isn’t just for rehearsals—it’s a creative hub built for versatility. Host intimate acoustic jams, lead inspiring workshops, or even put on a live show for up to 50 guests. With flexible seating, great acoustics, and a vibe that sparks connection, it’s the perfect space to create, collaborate, and perform.
Studio rental fee:
$50 per hour with 2 hour minimum.
1/2 and full day rates are also available.
